Digital Item Policy
Clothing and merchandise (nondigital purchases) are fulfilled
by Modalyst and Printful as print-on-demand services.

Items fulfilled by Modalyst return exceptions and process:

Modalyst Print-on-Demand service creates custom products. Each order is printed as the order is placed and unique to that order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

If an order is misprinted/damaged /defective, retailers can submit a claim within (14) days of an order being received by the customer. All claims must be submitted with a picture of the product for a return/refund to be considered. To allow time to submit a return to Modalyst successfully, MindCast requests that misprints/damaged/defective items are communicated to MindCast no later than 10 days to allow for sufficient time to file needed documentation to Modalyst. If MindCast does not receive proper documentation within 10 days of order received, we will not issue a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses and MindCast will not be responsible for shipping due to incorrect address descriptions.
Items fulfilled by Printful return exceptions and process:

Printful Print-on-Demand service creates custom products. Each order is printed as the order is placed and unique to that order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received to Printful by MindCast. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of Printful are covered. To allow time to submit a return to Printful successfully, MindCast requests that misprints/damaged/defective items are communicated to MindCast no later than 26 days to allow for sufficient time to file needed documentation to Printful If MindCast does not receive proper documentation within 26 days of order received, we will not issue a refund. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses and MindCast will not be responsible for shipping due to incorrect address descriptions. Refunds will not be provided unless Printful has deemed the product as misprinted, defective, or damaged.

If you are finding there are issues with opening or accessing digital product, please check first that software needed to properly access the product is up-to-date.
